I’ve been sewing with lots of Purple, Green and Gold lately!

Why?  Mardi Gras!

Ever wonder where the colors came from and what they mean?  Well, there it is a little debate about who chose the colors.  Their meanings, however, can be dated back to a Mardi Gras parade in 1892!

Purple represents Justice

Green represents Faith

Gold represents Power

Don’t forget that this year’s Mardi Gras is Tuesday, February 21st!  To ensure your child’s jon jon or jumper or tee-shirt arrives in time, you’ll need to order by February 7th!
